New allegations in Halle Berry’s custody battle

The custody dispute between the actress and her ex-boyfriend is getting nastier.  Berry quit a movie to go to court, and Gabriel Aubrey denies allegations that their daughter, Nahla is unsafe with him. Now, there are reports that Aubrey has used a racial slur.
