Lindsay Lohan Faces Felony Charge

Lindsay Lohan will appear in court today to be charged with felony grand theft. The troubled 24-year-old is accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store on January 22.
If convicted, Lohan faces up to three years in prison. At her 1:30 PM arraignment, Lohan will surrender to the court but won't be handcuffed in front of cameras. She is currently on probation for a past drunk driving conviction; she spent 13 days in jail and 90 days in rehab last year.

A key fact in the case may be whether the necklace was borrowed or stolen. Lohan claims store employees let her borrow the 'one of a kind' necklace. Father Michael Lohan says his daughter 'gets so much on consignment and that's exactly what happened here.'

Zsa Zsa Gabor hospitalized with infection in LA

Zsa Zsa Gabor remained hospitalized in intensive care as doctors try to stabilize her and clear an infection that developed after her recent leg amputation, her husband said. Gabor was taken Tuesday to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center after she began spitting up blood, Frederic Prinz von Anhalt said.

Gabor, whose 94th birthday is Sunday, also was running a high fever, von Anhalt said.

"She's still hanging in there," he said late Tuesday. "They (doctors) are still working on her, trying to stabilize her and get her moved out of intensive care into a regular room."

Gabor hasn't recognized anyone since her leg amputation surgery last month, leading doctors to say she probably suffered a stroke, von Anhalt said. He said she was "sort of conscious."

"She doesn't know what is going on. She has no memories. It could come back but the doctor doesn't know yet," van Anhalt said.

Doctors told him the only explanation for her failed memory was that she had a small stroke during the amputation.

A hospital spokesman said because of confidentiality laws, he could not confirm or deny that she was at the hospital or give a condition update.

Frankie Muniz Hollywood Hills Home

When actor Frankie Muniz was still a teen television star he bought and sold quite a bit of property around Los Angeles. That all slowed down with the end of his television show "Malcolm in the Middle." In 2005 he bought this home for $3.499 million and in 2007 he put it on the market for $3.875 million. The LA Times reports that the home is back on the market. Muniz has been renting it out in recent years and new listing pictures show that it's missing the artwork and young-star-glam look it had back in 2007. Muniz meanwhile has turned his attention for acting to race car driving and playing drums with the band You Hang Up.

The traditional-style 1941 home and has five bedrooms total including a master bedroom that has skylights, walk-in closets and a bath with an infinity tub. The home is on a small plot of land but has a pool, spa, outdoor dining area and a charming outdoor fireplace. The home is now listed at $3.195 million.
