Sarah Palin's husband, Todd Palin, may have had an extramarital affair, according to the National Enquirer. The alleged mistress, who is a massage therapist and reportedly was arrested last year on prostitution charges, provided free massages to an anonymous person working on Palin’s gubernatorial campaign, according to documents the tabloid found.
