Jesse Ventura Sues TSA

The former governor of Minnesota is suing Homeland Security and the TSA, claiming that body scans and full body pat-downs violate his right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures.  The former wrestler reportedly has a hip implant  that sets off detectors and subjects him to the additional screening.
